MobileGit provides community-based information and aggregated signals related to mobile numbers. It is a decision-support tool only.
2. No Guarantee / Disclaimer
- MobileGit does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of reports or scores.
- Signals may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect.
- You are responsible for your decisions and transactions.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false reports, harassment, or defamatory content.
- Attempt to manipulate trust scores or spam the platform.
- Use the service for unlawful activity, doxxing, or threats.
- Attack, reverse engineer, or overload the system.
4. Content Moderation
We may remove reports or comments that violate these Terms or appear abusive. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts engaged in suspicious activity.
5. Intellectual Property
MobileGit branding, UI, and systems are owned by MobileGit (or its operator). Users retain ownership of their submitted text/comments but grant us a license to display and process them for service operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MobileGit is not liable for losses arising from reliance on community reports, including scams, failed transactions, or reputational harm.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
